Whew what a week!

Tuesday we went over to my Aunt's house for the family picnic. It was HOT!!! Phoenix played in the pool with her cousin's the whole time and I tried to stay out of the sun as much as possible.

Wednesday was a relax and do nothing day. I went to the doc for a checkup and Ian is doing fine and dandy. Just waiting to see when the little tike will decide to make his official appearance.

Thursday was movie day. We sat around in our pajamas and watched movies all morning. Nanny came by and picked Phoenix up and took her for the evening. They are going swimming today at the park pool.

Today Auntie Lucy came over to help me get the house straight. It's hard to do a whole lot right now. My tummy is realllllly getting in the way.

I am not sure what we will be doing for family night tonight. I am sure Phoenix has a few ideas. We will see when she gets home.

That's it for now! I hope everyone is having a great summer!

Last week was not a great week. I wasn't feeling well and the weather was just awful. Phoenix finished her zone work for the week and earned all of her FLYDollars. She was with her Dad, Nanny, Granddad and her Uncle Adam from Thursday until Sunday night. Actually, Adam was in town until Saturday, then he had to go back to Vegas. Phoenix was very excited to spend time with him while he was in town.

Phoenix also lost a tooth this weekend! The Tooth Fairy left her a dollar under her pillow.

At the moment I am updating this blog from my cousin's house. This morning we went to the hospital to see if little Ian was going to arrive. The docs decided that it was a little to early and sent us home. Phoenix is happily playing with her cousin's upstairs and Connor is happy getting spoiled by more cousins.

We will post again when we have more exciting news!!

Wow! What a busy weekend!

We had some really good thunderstorms on Friday, so the computer was off most of the day. Phoenix is doing great with her zone work. She is really getting into earning her FLYDollars.

On Saturday, Phoenix went with her dad to his grandfather's 80th birthday party. They both had a lot of fun.

Sunday was quick cleaning day at the house. Phoenix helped me get some little things done and it only took an hour!

Today the weather was really icky. We got our zone work done early and then spent the rest of the day watching movies. It wasn't terribly exciting, but we still had fun. I didn't take any pictures today, shame on me, but I will take some tomorrow.

Oh, if you post a comment, please make sure to check "other". You can add your name instead of posting as anonymous.

Thanks for keeping up with our fun this summer! We will be back again tomorrow!

Day Four update!!

We had a great time at our indoor picnic. We were going to go to the local park, but the high temp today is 97!! Summer is definitely here!

While I was heating up the grill and cooking the hot dogs we played a game of BINGO.
Phoenix is helping great-grandma find her words.

Phoenix, Mimi and Daddyda enjoying lunch!
Connor gulping down some Cheerios, while PopPop watches television.

Auntie Lisa was the first to make the pattern on her bingo card, so we declared her the winner! Unfortunately we were unable to get in touch with Auntie Kelly and Austin, so they missed the fun we had this afternoon.
Day Four:

Today we are going to have a picnic!! We are grilling hot dogs and having chips to go with them. Mimi, Daddyda, Auntie Lisa, Auntie Kelly and Austin should be showing up soon!

I will be posting pictures as soon as I can!! Check back for updates!

Day Three:

Today was a lot of fun!!

Mimi and Daddyda (grandma and granddad) came over this afternoon and we went to the mall! Connor is getting new shoes so he can play outside and not hurt his little footsies. Personally, I don't like shoes, but I guess at his age (14 months) he needs them.

Connor fell asleep on the way there. Phoenix having fun in the food court.

This morning Phoenix finished her zone work and earned her FLYdollars. Still working on the water consumption.... I haven't had much water today either... shame on us.

We ate lunch at the mall. A nice healthy (not) helping of Burger King. Phoenix wanted to ride the pony ride, so Mimi dished out the quarters. As long as she had lots of fun, which she did!

We will be writing a letter today for her penpal project this summer. We haven't done any new keywords today, but I am sure that will change once we start writing.

It's just about time to feed the monkeys. I will update later tonight if we have time, if not then I will post again tomorrow!
